There are three esswntial steps to achieve success,namely hard work,self confidence and positive thinking.hard work is the main tool to taste the fruits of success.first of all one must set a clear goal.then one should work hard to attain the goal.in this process ,there is apossibility of obstacles.we should struggle to overcome these obstacles.

Second,we should have self-confidence.one should say to one -self,"i will do it".this is self-confidence.we should remove fear from our heart in our attempt to reach the goal.

Third,positive thinking is another factor that determines our success.we should avoid negative thoughts.while running,some athletes could think,"if i slip,i will fall down".they should instead say,"i will win."
